Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks as required, with minimal supervision, to ensure aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks, adhering to company procedures and policies.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including maintenance records and reports.
- Supervise Mechanics within a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management or supervisor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
- EASA Part 66 qualified B1 License holder with 737NG Type Course endorsed.
- 2-3 years certifying experience, preferably in line maintenance.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience supervising/managing a team.
