About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers by resolving technical issues and providing expert troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, tools, and industry trends to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Collaborate with our Service Supervisor to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
