About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support professional to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Beckman Coulter equipment, tools, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and other teams to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
