Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Field Technical Support Role

As a Field Technical Support Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will play a critical role in providing frontline support to customers by resolving technical issues and problems through expertise and troubleshooting.

This position is part of the Customer Care function located in Galicia and will be remote. You will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
  • Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.
  • IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
