Job Description

At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we're dedicated to advancing and optimizing the laboratory to move science and healthcare forward. As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a remote position located in Galicia, and you'll report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service. If you're passionate about building a world-class service organization and want to work in an amazing role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Work closely with the Service Supervisor to deliver successful installations for our customers.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
