Job Description

At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we're dedicated to advancing and optimizing the laboratory to move science and healthcare forward. As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing frontline support to our customers, resolving their technical issues through expertise and troubleshooting.

This position is part of our Customer Care function located in Galicia and will be remote. You'll report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service and be a key member in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Work closely with the Service Supervisor to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and those of our company.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
