Job Summary:
Xisco is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on MEP systems and devices to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
- Perform minor civil works, including carpentry, painting, and plumbing, as required.
- Operate and monitor MEP systems, logging operating parameters and identifying areas for improvement.
- Quickly identify and rectify problems, escalating issues as necessary to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Monitor site asset lists and prepare and administer relevant registers to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist in responding to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Prepare incident reports to document and analyze issues and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or vocational graduate with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or equivalent.
- TESDA NC 2 holder of any technical competencies (electrical or mechanical).
