- Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Education: BS/MBA preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on contract manufacturing and production planning.
- Industry Experience: Previous involvement in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is advantageous.
- Leadership and Negotiation: Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts, achieving cost reductions, and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative approaches is essential.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
