  • Inventory and Warehouse Management: Engineer and execute innovative inventory and warehouse management strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize agility.
  • Cost Accounting: Employ the principles of cost accounting as a potent tool to dissect, analyze, and optimize supply chain operations, illuminating pathways to enhanced profitability and sustainability.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee base and finished goods production, monitoring schedules, yields, and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analysis and Decision-Making: Utilize Excel to develop advanced planning models and analyze key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
  • Education: BS/MBA preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on contract manufacturing and production planning.
  • Industry Experience: Previous involvement in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is advantageous.
  • Leadership and Negotiation: Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts, achieving cost reductions, and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative approaches is essential.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analytical and Strategic Planning: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, coupled with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Experience thriving in dynamic environments, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances, is highly valued.
  • Manufacturing and Cost Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost accounting principles, and performance metrics.
