Job Summary:

The Demand Planner will play a key role in our Export & License team, responsible for forecasting and planning processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demand and Supply chain planning for the region.
  • Working together with Sales and Finance teams on forecasting process.
  • Leading Sales and operations planning process for the region (S&OP).
  • Reporting and management of associated KPIs.
  • Planning, control and reporting of CAPEX spend related to MCE E&L.
  • Network Sourcing optimization modelling to ensure that sourcing locations are set up in the most effective way.
  • Demand Control for Direct to Retail Customers.
  • Implementation of our contractual rules within sourcing site planning process.
  • Supply chain planning for third party suppliers.
  • Inventory management for third party suppliers.

The role is a temporary contract and requires flexibility in working remotely and from home and the local office location.

The role reports to the Regional Planning & Project Director E&L and has no direct reports.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain planning and forecasting processes.

They will be responsible for managing the entire planning process to optimize operations, managing the sales forecast, third party suppliers planning and inventory management.

The role requires close collaboration with all sourcing sites and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
