Modality Sales Specialist Coronary North Spain
Job Description:As a Modality Sales Specialist for Coronary North Spain, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services. Your primary goal is to drive overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise on the product/modality across the accounts.
Your Role:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to establish Philips as the preferred supplier. Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Initialize and coordinate all Philips efforts to the accounts to maximize the output of the sales group.
Create optimal offers to the accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region. Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Develop an account plan for each account for 2 years, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. Create and implement action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
Drive the performance of the functions in the account team to achieve results. Analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to propose improvements. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Establish a strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from North Spain. Provide technical and product support during Congress and workshops Live Cases that take place in Hospitals under territory responsibility.
Requirements:Hold a degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science-related field. Possess 7+ years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the Cardiology area and in the medical device sector.
Be a great team player with proactiveness, customer focus, and patient safety engagement. Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills. Possess English and Spanish language skills. Be available to travel. Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
