About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team in Galicia, Spain. As a key member of our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you will play a critical role in training, educating, and inspiring our sales team and customers to advance patient care and outcomes with Medtronic products and therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical and education programs to support the sales team and customers in the field of electrophysiology.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including troubleshooting and product training.
  • Collaborate with the sales force and training department to develop employee and customer training programs.
  • Support the sales team during presentations and product launches, providing clinical review and input.
  • Report on account, market, and competitive information, as well as product-related events and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • University degree in Life Science or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operation room environment.
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and effectively collaborate with sales, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
