This role will primarily cover the Galicia region, with a preference for candidates based in Coruña or Vigo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical and educational initiatives, prioritizing these programs in alignment with the Country Business Plan and input from the Sales Manager and other departments, such as marketing.
  • Serve as the technical authority for the CA solutions team, offering expert support to customers and becoming well-versed in our product portfolio.
  • Provide assistance during procedures and troubleshoot issues for the sales team and clients as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and lead educational sessions for customers, including physicians, technicians, and nursing staff, in partnership with the Sales force and Training & Education teams.
  • Support the sales team during customer presentations and assist in the launch of new products and therapies through clinical insights and contributions to marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the CAS team and external clients to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals through technical and clinical support.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, competitive insights, and metrics in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of product-related incidents and customer feedback, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and reports diligently and punctually, including inventory and stock movement documentation, while providing regular activity updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical device sector, particularly in a hospital operating room setting.
  • Familiarity with Electrophysiology procedures and products.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix environment and collaborate effectively with sales teams, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff.
  • Capacity to work independently on projects while maintaining a comprehensive view across Spain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
