About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Managed Services Engineer to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational and meet their service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Maintain Client Infrastructure: Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems, restoring service to clients in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and Resolve Incidents: Identify root causes of incidents and problems, and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide Excellent Client Support: Offer telephonic or chat support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Execute Maintenance Activities: Perform approved maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ensure Service Continuity: Follow required handover procedures for shift changes, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Report and Escalate Incidents: Accurately report and escalate incidents as necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Optimize Work Processes: Identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation and process improvement, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
