**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a #CyberFit future and protecting all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth by working closely with assigned partners.
  • Conduct territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans with managed partners, taking into account their engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding and enablement stage, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate.
  • Put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain partners.
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to help dedicated partners' growth.
  • Profile every managed partner on vendors and tools they sell/use, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the Partner Passport.
  • Lead partners through their lifecycle management, educating, evangelizing, and making commitments as needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with every partner, depending on priority.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry, with a focus on channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
  • Proven experience in a Cyber Security company, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
  • Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services.
