Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our Channel Management organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consumption, engagement, and preventing churn of our Acronis Service Providers across the NEUR region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partner engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Ensure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis, including backing up customer data, consuming services, and protecting workloads.
  • Guide Service Providers through training sessions, resources, and tools to increase operational efficiency.
  • Avoid churn and retain Service Providers through regular contact and research-based outreach.
  • Cooperate with related departments, such as Solution Engineers, Support, and Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embody Acronis' company values: responsive, alert, detail-oriented, makes decisions, and never gives up.
