About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Inside Sales Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving cloud revenue growth and partner enablement in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • Perform territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners
  • Develop and execute account plans with managed partners, including training and enablement
  • Guide partners through onboarding and enablement stages, equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base and attract new customers
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth and profile managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry
  • Proven experience in a Cyber Security company with a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols
  • Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services
  • Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluent English
