The Director of Partner Success at Bitpanda will drive partner satisfaction, retention, and growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with our BTS partner network. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in partner management, customer success, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and develop a comprehensive partner success strategy aligned with overall company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to expand their business with our solutions and work closely with them to drive growth or upsell/cross-sell additional solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities while delivering exceptional partner experiences.
  • Proactively monitor key metrics related to partner satisfaction, retention, and growth; use data-driven insights to continuously improve partner success initiatives.
  • Ensure regular engagements and business reviews with our partners to review their business and jointly identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by partners, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Serve as an escalation point for partner-related issues and work to ensure a positive outcome for both the partner and the company.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner success initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Support the Partner Enablement teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and go-live for our partners.
