About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Inside Sales Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving cloud revenue growth and ensuring the success of our service providers in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Quarter-over-Quarter Cloud Revenue Growth: Work closely with assigned partners to identify opportunities and drive cloud revenue growth.
  • Develop and Execute Territory Plans: Conduct thorough analysis of assigned geographies to identify top potential partners and develop tailored plans to drive growth.
  • Account Planning and Management: Perform account planning with all managed partners, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement to new and existing partners on existing and new products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Onboarding and Enablement: Guide partners through the onboarding and enablement process, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to drive growth.
  • Partner Satisfaction and Retention: Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell initiatives, driving new services attach rates and revenue growth.
  • Churn Prevention and Retention: Work closely with partners to prevent churn and retain existing customers, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the MSP channel software industry.
  • Cyber Security Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry practices and protocols, with experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services.
  • Channel and Field Sales Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of channel and field sales, with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • Self-Motivated and Disciplined: High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
