About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurture Partner Success Manager to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Inside Sales Channel Management organization, you will be responsible for driving cloud revenue growth and partner success in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • Analyze and plan territories to identify top potential partners
  • Develop account plans with managed partners, considering engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
  • Train new and existing partners on existing and new products
  • Guide partners through onboarding and enablement, equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Encourage partners to adopt Acronis Automation and Security tooling to increase operational efficiency
  • Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing customers
  • Drive partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Initiate successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate
  • Minimize partner churn and retain a strong partner base
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth
  • Profile managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use, maintaining a high level of data accuracy
  • Lead partners through their lifecycle management, focusing on education, evangelization, and commitment
  • Maintain regular contact with partners, prioritizing their needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry, with a focus on channel sales, partner account management, or channel development
  • Proven experience in a Cyber Security company, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols
  • Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services
  • In-depth knowledge of the cloud market business model and channel sales
  • Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-player with a positive attitude, thriving in a global environment, and eager to help out
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies
  • Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales skills
  • Strong presentational, communication, interpersonal, planning, and time management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Passion and commitment to succeed, with a strong work ethic and never-give-up attitude
  • Ability to work US hours (15:00 - 00:00)
