Key Responsibilities- Contracting and Negotiation: Successfully negotiate with independent hotels to join our Odigeo Connect Dynamic Package Agreement.
- Market Research and Analysis: Gather market and customer information to create a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
- Relationship Building: Establish a friendly and helpful relationship with lodging providers, explaining our requirements and philosophy.
- Sales Performance: Review and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
- Hospitality or OTA Knowledge: Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
- People-Oriented: Strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team.
- Business Acumen and Commercial Skills: Business acumen and commercial skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
