Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent in EMEA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver talent development programs and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders to support their career development and growth.
- Work closely with the global Enterprise Talent Management team to ensure alignment and consistency in talent processes and initiatives.
- Provide support to the EMEA HR Business Partners and Country HR Leads in the delivery of talent reviews and succession planning.
- Proven experience in talent management and development, with a strong understanding of operational and strategic talent management cycles and processes.
- Ability to contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives and drive business growth.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
- Relevant coaching certification and experience, or willingness to obtain.
