About the Role

The Talent Development Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving performance management and optimizing hiring processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to enhance employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system to support continuous employee development and high performance.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver targeted learning initiatives and workshops to address specific performance issues and skill gaps.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies for attracting and selecting high-quality candidates, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Talent Assessment and Succession Planning: Develop and manage processes for assessing talent and identifying high-potential employees for key roles, and coordinate succession planning activities to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of performance management and hiring initiatives, and provide regular reports on key metrics related to employee performance, development, and hiring outcomes.
