We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving performance management and optimizing hiring processes to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system to support continuous employee development and high performance.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide training for managers on delivering constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate to develop clear performance metrics, goals, and evaluation criteria.
  • Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver targeted learning initiatives and workshops to enhance managerial skills in performance evaluation.
  • Utilize performance data to identify high-potential employees and provide targeted development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and selecting high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop interview guides and selection criteria.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization and set up for success.
  • Track and analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of performance management and hiring initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, performance management, or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management processes, employee development strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
