Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Director Talent Management and Organization Development, EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our EMEA talent management strategy and execution, including developing and executing EMEA leadership development programs.
- Develop and execute EMEA leadership development programs by partnering with senior leaders and the global team in facilitating and developing content for identified learning priorities.
- Partner with our Talent Management and Organization Development Leads to drive interventions to support our culture of continuous learning and feedback transformation to drive high performance and engagement.
- Support senior leaders on leading the Talent Assessment Process and facilitate the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders, and managers on succession plans and talent mobility across the EMEA region.
- Build, coach, and facilitate effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities, and supporting leaders in creating an engaged environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of three years demonstrated success in the strategy, design, and execution of talent development programs.
- Great leadership and development consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with working independently, flexible, and with a large and international team of talented people.
- Experience with and enjoyment of working with people across cultures and borders.
- Similar role in an international company.
- Experience in working in a matrix organization.

- Great organizational and coordinating skills.
- Preferably hold some Covey and other learning programs certificates to run some programs yourself.
- Fluent in English.
- Practical and effective, combining strong business and common sense; drives towards practical and implementable recommendations.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude consistently delivering above expectations.
- Excellent listener and communicator with strong personal image and poise, recognized for being honest, upfront, and direct with various levels of the organization.
