Product Management Director Job Description

ADP, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to lead the development and implementation of our international mid-market Human Capital Management (HCM) offering, iHCM.

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in payroll and HR products and services, with a presence in 140+ countries. As a Product Management Director, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of iHCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for iHCM, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead a team of product managers to drive product development, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Collaborate with senior management to influence product direction and prioritize features based on customer needs and market competitiveness.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders, sales teams, and developers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products and services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of international markets and regulatory requirements.
