ARES Electronics, with over 10 years of industry experience and a dedicated team of more than 80 professionals, has established itself as a key player in the Barcelona metropolitan area, providing exceptional EMS services.

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be instrumental in driving operational excellence through strategic analysis and implementation.

In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing sales, managing significant accounts, and broadening our market reach. Collaborating closely with clients across various sectors, including telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics, your primary focus will be on promoting our PCBs and PCAs. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new business avenues within the electronics sector.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives by advocating for our diverse product offerings.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
  • Demonstrate a robust technical comprehension of PCBs and PCAs to effectively engage with clients and provide necessary technical assistance.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and new technologies.
  • Offer insights to the leadership team regarding market dynamics and client needs.

Additional Duties:

  • Engage in industry conferences and events to boost the company's visibility and uncover potential business prospects.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members, sharing valuable industry insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the electronics industry, particularly with PCBs and PCAs.
  • Strong grasp of the technical aspects related to PCBs and PCAs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with the electronics market in Barcelona is a plus.
