About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Powens. As a pioneer in Embedded Finance, we are committed to supporting financial players in designing services and payment experiences that users love.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for addressing major Fintechs, software editors, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. Your main missions will be:

  1. Generate new revenue and develop MRR in your market segment by identifying opportunities and creating a database of potential prospects and strategic partners.
  2. Manage the pipeline and qualify prospects through different stages of the sales cycle until closing.
  3. Understand your customers' business models and develop a replication strategy for successful use cases, and identify innovative use cases.
  4. Negotiate and close deals while collaborating with the legal team to formalize contracts.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales within the SaaS industry.
  2. B-to-B sales to enterprise accounts and/or financial players.
  3. Experience working in a tech environment with complex sales cycles.
  4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  5. Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Results-oriented, comfortable with ambitious objectives.
  7. Curious and enterprising, willing to take initiatives to detect growth opportunities.
  8. Knowledge of open banking and the fintech environment is a plus.
