Job Title: Sales Executive

BeBee Professionals España is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving established commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and capture new customers, as well as manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contract terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and materials.
  • Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or similar commercial roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and market strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
