Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional líder en su sector, especializada en el desarrollo, producción y comercialización de productos promocionales para empresas. Actualmente precisa incorporar un/a Account Support con un alto nível de inglés en sus oficinas de Sant Just Desvern.

**ACCOUNT ASSISTANT**

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Formarás parte de un pequeño equipo de ventas al cual darás soporte. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con colegas de ventas, gestión de transporte y finanzas. Externamente estarás en contacto con proveedores de todo el mundo.
- Asistir a los Sales y Accounts Managers en el proceso de la creación y gestión de las muestras de los productos, desde la primera consulta hasta la aprobación del pedido.
- Revisar Proyectos con el Account Manager.
- Generar la petición/proyecto en INTEX.
- Asegurar que la cotización se reciba en los plazos acordados.
- Realización de los cálculos y envío de la cotización del cliente.
- Atender las solicitudes de reabastecimiento relacionadas con el
catálogo.
- Ayudar al Account Manager a preparar presentaciones.
- Actualización y gestión de los pedidos, así como gestión de las
modificaciones de este (cancelación del pedido, etc...).

incidencias así como demoras del pedido o asuntos que deban
aclararse con el cliente.
- Trabajar proactivamente en ideas nuevas, innovadoras y
creativas adecuadas para los clientes.

Requisitos mínimos
¿Qué esperamos ver en tu Perfil?
- Es preferible que tengas un título universitario, idealmente con
una especialización en Compras, Operaciones, Cadena de
suministro, Ingeniería o Economía.
- SAP R/3 u otro programa ERP. Microsoft Office (Excel y Word)
- Dominio de español e inglés, tanto hablado como escrito para
poder comunicarte con clientes y proveedores.
- Ser una persona orientada al cliente y a los resultados.
- Visión global, buena comunicación y habilidades sociales.
