Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Europe

At Omnicell, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital and retail pharmacists, procurement teams, and C-suite executives.
  • Manage distributor relationships across the territory, including annual sales quota commitments, quarterly performance management, and distributor training.
  • Establish and maintain a healthy sales funnel, ensuring a high yield ratio and achieving quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the European healthcare market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
