Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Sales Representative to join our team at Buscojobs España. As an Inbound Sales Agent for the Dutch Market, you will be responsible for catering to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Offer accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions about our services.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, such as premium accommodations, activities, or dining options.
  • Processing Bookings and Reservations: Ensure that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met.
  • Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs.
  • Following Up on Leads: Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services but have not yet made a booking, with the aim of converting them into paying customers.
  • Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.

Requirements

  • High Proficiency in Dutch: C2 level of proficiency in Dutch is required.
  • Thoroughness, Autonomy, and Good Interpersonal Skills: You should possess these skills to excel in this role.
  • At Least 1 Year's Successful Initial Sales Experience: You should have at least 1 year's experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Good Oral Communication Skills: You should have excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Solid Commercial Skills and a Positive Attitude: You should possess solid commercial skills and a positive attitude to succeed in this role.
