Key Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound Calls: You will be the primary point of contact for our valued Dutch clients, handling incoming calls and providing accurate and detailed information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
- Providing Information and Assistance: You will need to be knowledgeable about our client's various aspects, including locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. You will provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: You will be tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, including offering upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
- Processing Bookings and Reservations: You will process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met to the best of your ability.
- Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: You will address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Following Up on Leads: You may be responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services but have not yet made a booking.
- Maintaining Records and Documentation: You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Experience: At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
- Skills: Thoroughness, autonomy, good interpersonal skills, elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills
- Commercial Skills: Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
