Dutch Sales Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about our facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, providing accurate and detailed information about our services and facilities.
- Providing Information and Assistance: Offer knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their bookings and reservations.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Processing Bookings and Reservations: Ensure accurate collection of customer information and preferences, processing bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet their needs.
- Following Up on Leads: Contact prospective customers who have expressed interest in our services, aiming to convert them into paying customers.
- Maintaining Records and Documentation: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
- Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills
- Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
