- Sales and Upselling: Tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, such as premium accommodations, additional activities, or dining options.
- Booking and Reservation Processing: Process bookings and reservations, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and that customer preferences are met.
- Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet customer needs while adhering to company policies.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, contacting prospective customers who have shown interest in our client's services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including bookings, inquiries, and complaints.
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level).
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience.
- Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills.
- Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
