Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make sales calls and other activities to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws.
  • Plan and attend meetings to discuss sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets under the direction of the Country Manager.
  • Assist with dental surgery procedures, providing guidance on the use of company products and dental drilling sequences.
  • Collect outstanding accounts receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff.
  • Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of company products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about new products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry.
  • Dental implants experience/knowledge of at least 2 years.
  • Proven track record in sales with a strong ability to communicate effectively with dental and medical professionals.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
