Noblesse Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Dental Implants, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area, maintaining and building relationships with customers, and ensuring all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Make sales calls and other activities to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws.
- Meeting and Event Planning: Plan and attend meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets under the direction of the Country Manager.
- Product Support and Training: Assist with dental surgery procedures using the company's products with customers and dentists within the assigned area, providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup.
- Account Management: Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff.
- Sales Growth and Development: Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of the company's products.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.
- Experience: Min. 5 years experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry.
- Dental Implants Experience: Min. 2 years of experience/knowledge in dental implants.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales.
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter and motivator with an intrinsic understanding of hard work.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with dental and medical professionals.
- Analytical and Negotiation Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of and experience in the dental industry with a proven track record in sales. A commercial thinker with the ability to build and maintain good interpersonal relations and a 'hands-on' mentality. The candidate must have an interest in the dental market, good technical understanding, and the ability to elevate sales in the assigned area. Additionally, the candidate must reside in the assigned area.
