Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants worldwide, helping them navigate the Adyen platform and resolve technical and administrative issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth guidance to merchants on the Adyen platform, answering complex questions and resolving technical issues.
  • Optimize and automate processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as a product advocate, tracking product processes and providing feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Serve as a payment specialist, helping merchants optimize their accounts and grow their business using Adyen's features.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Strong interest in technical and operational processes, with a willingness to learn and seek answers to unknowns.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the payments environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Diploma or university graduate preferred.
