Role Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers with inquiries related to our software. This includes investigating billing discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and managing e-service cases through chat, phone, and our Case Management System. You will navigate various challenges, guiding customers through Pagero's offerings while educating them on optimal usage and navigation techniques. You will collaborate with a diverse team of supportive colleagues, addressing cases of varying complexity.
To succeed in this position, you must quickly adapt to new challenges and be driven by a desire to understand the root causes of the issues you encounter. Additionally, you should be committed to providing exceptional support to both customers and colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of upper secondary education; post-secondary education in systems science, IT, or technology is advantageous.
- Experience in support, service, or technology is beneficial.
- A strong interest and understanding of technology.
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in French, Portuguese, and/or German is a significant advantage.
- Residency in Madrid is required for this hybrid position.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Spain, as no work visa can be provided.
