We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Client Manager to oversee our client relationships.
The Client Manager will play a crucial role in fostering and sustaining robust relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting business growth through outstanding customer service and engagement. This role involves resolving client issues and accurately communicating information to relevant teams. The Client Manager will engage with clients, positioning and advocating for Vistex services while managing multiple client accounts concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance Vistex consulting service offerings by proactively upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to current clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and processes, acting as a Vistex advocate to address existing gaps through the sale of Vistex implementation services.
- Facilitate the upselling of additional Vistex software solutions.
- Develop strategic sales and solution approaches.
- Collaborate with various teams to create a solution roadmap tailored to client needs.
- Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning, and cost estimation.
- Support pre-sales activities for implementation services.
- Work closely with internal teams to comprehend client requirements and ensure timely solution delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on client engagement activities, performance metrics, and significant milestones.
