Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and engagement.

  1. Hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably within the SAP space.
  2. Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
  3. Understanding of RFPs, Master Service Agreements, and SOWs.
  4. Exposure to multiple full lifecycle software implementations.
  5. Collaborative and consultative work style.
  6. Ability to link business processes with Vistex products.
  7. Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.
  9. Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is preferred.
