Job Description

We are seeking an experienced B2B Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B Travel Advisors, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales advisor support, becoming a product expert to help our Advisors close deals with their clients.
  • Process bookings, create custom packages, and follow up on special requests.
  • Liaise with our Product team to ensure Advisor needs are met.
  • Provide pre-departure and post-departure advisor support, answering incoming calls and emails, providing destination and trip information, and helping with visas and country-specific entry requirements.
  • Manage post-trip complaints, thoroughly assessing feedback and providing compensation where necessary.
  • Achieve targets, including productivity, quality assurance, CSAT, ASAT, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of contact center and/or customer service experience.
  • Call center experience in the travel agency, airline, hotel, car rental, and/or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
  • C1/C2 level of English (verbal, reading, writing) is required.
  • Working knowledge of Amadeus (Flights) GDS is essential.
