Customer Support Agent with Amadeus Expertise

Our team is committed to creating life milestones by delivering best-value trips, exploring unique destinations, and curating extraordinary travel experiences.
We are seeking an experienced sales/customer service professional to join our B2B Support Team as a Customer Support Agent with Amadeus expertise.
As a key member of our team, you will provide pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support to our Travel Advisors, ensuring a differentiating level of customer service that sets Exoticca apart.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre-sales advisor support by becoming a product expert to help our Advisors close the deal with their clients.
- Processing bookings for our Travel Advisors, creating custom packages, and following up on special requests.
- Liaising with our Product team to ensure Advisor needs are met.
- Providing pre-departure and post-departure advisor support, answering incoming calls and emails from our B2B Travel Advisors.
- Providing destination and trip information, helping with visas and country-specific entry requirements, adding or removing excursions, making cancellations, service amendments, and refund requests.
- Working directly with our land suppliers for booking requests, post-trip complaint management, and reporting serious or common problems to relevant stakeholders.
Achieving targets is essential, including productivity, quality assurance, occupancy, and adherence. Flexibility is required to work daytime, afternoon, or overnight shifts and/or weekends based on business needs.
