We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon's cloud services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in IT sales, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Sales or equivalent certification, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
