Position Overview
Are you driven by creativity and eager to take on a pivotal role in the marketing sector? If this resonates with you, consider the opportunity for a Brand Marketing Lead at Imperial Brands PLC.
In this role, you will take charge of promoting the Blu brand within Spain, focusing on enhancing its brand identity, establishing guidelines, launching new products, and expanding the portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with sales, digital, and trade teams to design and implement marketing initiatives and strategies that reflect the brand's core vision, mission, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate Portfolio Brand Objectives, Targets, Equity & Strategy within the organization. Drive Portfolio Brand Activation initiatives. Identify potential product gaps, redundancies, or opportunities to refine the portfolio brand strategy. Supervise and support the development of all channel and online materials to ensure they embody the brand image. Coordinate with the brand central office (Category and Region) to align on objectives, strategies & marketing campaigns throughout the fiscal period. Grasp the company's vision, mission, objectives, products, and services to authentically represent the brand's voice and personality at various events.Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Product/Brand Manager in the FMCG or Tobacco sector. Proficiency in English is essential. Capability to manage projects efficiently in an international context. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel).What We Provide
