About the Role

As a Brand Director at Importante empresa, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans for our diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts. This role will focus on leading the strategy for Anantara Europe, working closely with hotel marketing teams and coordinating with our PR team and headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  2. Ensure brand identity is consistently maintained across all touchpoints, from hotel properties to global promotional campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with marketing agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
  4. Provide pre-opening support for new and rebranded properties in Europe, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
  5. Manage global promotional campaigns, coordinating with hotel teams and headquarters to drive results.
  6. Identify opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships, and cross-promotions to benefit the brand and properties in Europe.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to grow brand awareness globally.
  8. Provide brand induction and support to new team members, ensuring they understand our brand vision and strategy.
  9. Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of competitor hotel brands in the industry.
  10. Assist the e-commerce department with web content and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  11. Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  12. Support the marketing team in business reviews and help them excel in their roles.
Requirements
  1. More than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  2. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends.
  3. Non-hospitality experience is an advantage, bringing a fresh perspective to the role.
  4. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  5. Native English or fluent in both verbal and written English.
  6. Spanish, French, Italian, or other languages are a plus.
