Job Title: Senior Global Brand Director

Sobi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Brand Director to lead the commercialization of our innovative therapies for rare diseases. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and improves patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with Sobi's business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand existing ones into new markets.
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants and agencies to support brand marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company values and SOPs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform brand strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in global brand management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional European language skills an advantage.
  • Proficient IT skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with experience in using MS Teams.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to see the big picture and think strategically.
  • Experience in life cycle management and product development.
  • Knowledge of medical and technical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.
