About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Global Brand Director to lead the commercialization of our innovative therapies for rare diseases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global brand strategies to maximize the potential of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management
    • Manage the commercial brand team, including the brand lead and product manager, to ensure successful development and execution of brand strategies.
    • Own day-to-day brand marketing activities, aligning with major milestones, budget, and defined KPIs.
  • Global Enterprise/Brand Team (GET) Leadership
    • Lead the GET for ALTUVOCT, including cross-functional representatives from market access, medical, patient access, regulatory, tech ops, business intelligence, and finance.
    • Align team output to an integrated strategy for the brand.
  • Brand Strategy and Positioning
    • Develop and coordinate the implementation of global cross-functional brand strategy, positioning, and communication.
    • Drive the development of congress strategy, KOL management, geographical expansion, and training plans across all regions, affiliates, and Sobi markets.
  • Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
    • Partner strategically and operationally with the VP, Head of Haemophilia, and CAT Lead in daily activities and specific processes.
    • Build and nurture fruitful partnerships with affiliates to gather key insights and provide strategic guidance and tactical support.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement
    • Engage with external stakeholders, such as KOLs, to set the foundation for realizing ALTUVOCT ambition.
  • Financial Management
    • Control external expenses, promotion, and advertisement, maximizing Sobi resources and aligning with financial requirements and forecasting control.
  • Representative Role
    • Represent the commercial function in the Core Asset Team (CAT) as a permanent member.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Liaise with Sanofi, commercialization partner, to maximize the potential of a global footprint.
    • Operate with high ethical standards, ensuring ongoing completion of required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in global pre-launch and launch activities in rare diseases (preferably Haematology).
    • Project management skills and result-driven attitude.
  • Education
    • University degree level education – medical/science based.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Additional European language skills is an advantage.
    • Proficient IT skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Adept in using MS Teams.
