Preply is a leading online learning platform that connects tutors with learners worldwide. We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to lead our brand marketing efforts and drive growth globally.

About the Role

As Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will lead a cross-functional team to create engaging content, manage social media, and measure campaign performance. Your expertise will help us tell unique stories, reach a global audience, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
  • Develop and scale a brand measuring framework to track media impact and inform budget allocation decisions.
  • Lead a team to define success metrics for campaigns and develop a campaign calendar to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and evolve a team of content creators, social media managers, and campaign managers.
  • Define the global technology stack for Communications management and measurement.
  • Drive innovation in new and existing channels to effectively reach our audience through content and collaborations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving growth through content marketing.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
