Brand Marketing Director Job Description

Preply is a leading Ed-Tech company that is unlocking human potential through learning. We are seeking a highly experienced Brand Marketing Director to join our team and drive the growth of our brand globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our Chief Brand Officer and senior stakeholders to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels, including marketing, product, and sales.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand measuring framework to track media impact and inform budget allocation decisions.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to define success metrics for campaigns and develop a campaign calendar to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and evolve a team of content creators, social media managers, and campaign managers.
  • Define the global technology stack for Communications management and measurement, including media intelligence, influencer research, and social media planning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving growth through content marketing.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story.
