Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Strategist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting an integrated marketing and community engagement strategy that drives growth and awareness of the Binance brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Build and manage a vibrant online and offline community, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing planning and execution, preferably in the crypto-exchange/fin-tech/e-commerce/tech/gaming industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the crypto/blockchain/technology space and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced English language skills.
